Open Settings

Log into Handled and go to Settings > Team Members

Invite

Click Invite to Team

Enter Details

Enter:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Role (Admin or Member)
  • Environment access

Send Invitation

Click Invite
The person receives an email invitation.

Roles

Admin

  • Full access to all environments
  • Can invite and manage team members
  • Can create and delete API tokens

Member

  • Access only to assigned environments
  • Cannot invite team members
  • Limited administrative capabilities

Environments

Grant access to specific environments:
EnvironmentDescription
DevelopmentFor building and testing
StagingFor pre-production testing
ProductionFor live operations
Members only see integrations and accounts in their assigned environments.
